Xansa Placement Papers : The selection of candidates is similar as that in other companies i.e. there are four rounds of selection. These are written test, Group discussion, Technical interview and HR interview. The written test is also known as Aptitude test. It contains 50 questions which are of 50 marks. In this section 25 questions are aptitude type and 25 questions are technical related. Then, who qualifies the written test are asked to sit in the Group discussion round. In this, a topic is given and you have to speak on that for at least 1 minute after discussion within your group. Then comes the technical and HR interview.
