In written test, questions are based on Quant, verbal, logical and essay writing. There is no negative marking but a cut off criteria is there. Then comes the Group Discussion round. In this candidates are divided into groups and than a topic is given on which you all have to discuss and lastly speak on that. Then comes the Technical and HR interview.
