Syntel Placement Papers
Syntel is a global provider of IT and KPO ( Knowledge Process Outsourcing ) solutions with global development centers in India and US. Syntel was founded in the year 1980 with headquarter in Troy, Michigan, USA. There are about 27 offices all over the world. In India, the main office of Syntel is in Mumbai.
Syntel Placement Pattern : Syntel recruits both experienced and fresher Engineers. The selection of them is on basis of written test and interview.
In the written test, there are approximately 85 questions and time allotted for this is 90 marks. There is no negative marking. Written test is divided into 3 sections. Section I contains 25 verbal questions. The time given for this is 15 minutes. Section II is on Quantitative Aptitude. There are 30 questions in this which are to be solved in 45 minutes. Section III is on Logical reasoning. There are 30 questions in this and time allotted for this is 30 minutes.
