Syndicate bank is a Nationalized bank with lot of branches all over the world. It was first established in 1925 in Udupi which is in Karnataka. This bank opened an all Women branch in 1962 in Bangalore. This is a major centre where financial assistance in rural & semi urban areas are provided with great interest. Also individuals can get the loans whenever required.

PO Exam Eligibility Criteria : In order to apply for the post of probationary officer (PO), an individual has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria -

1. Nationality : The candidate must be ether an Indian citizen or, from Nepal/ Bhutan or, a refugee from Tibet who came to India before 1962 to settle in India.
2. Educational Qualification : The candidate must have a graduate degree from a  recognized university or, should be pass in 12th std with at least 60% (55% for SC/ST/PC/EXS) aggregate marks from a recognized board or, matriculate Ex-servicemen candidates who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or the Air Force after completing 15 years of service in Armed Force of the Union. Also the candidate should be fluent in writing & speaking English with basic computer knowledge & knowledge of regional language of the state or province from which you applies.
3. Age : The candidate must be of minimum 18 years old. He / She must not be more than 28 years old. There is relaxation of age limit as per the government rule.
