RPSC stands for Rajasthan Public Service Examination. It conducts law test at state level in order for admission in law colleges & universities. In this all those who want to establish their career in Law applies. The scope of this field is very high.

RPSC Law Syllabus : The various units covered are -



  1. Jurisprudence & Public law – The topics covered under this unit are-
    Jurisprudence- its meaning, nature, scope, sources, schools & concept.
    Constitutional Law – Preamble, fundamental rights & duties, directive principles, President & his powers, The union & State Judiciary, Legislative relations between the Union & States.
    Administrative Law – Delegated legislation, principles of natural justice, Lokayukta & Lokpal, Nature & Growth, administrative Tribunals, Judicial Review.
  2. Mercantile & Property Law -
    Law of Contract
    Law of transfer of Property
    Intellectual Property Law
  3. Family law & Interpretation of Statutes -
    Law relating to marriage, divorce, adoption, maintenance, guardianship & succession under the Hindu law  & Muslim law.
