Ashok Leyland was founded in the year 1948. It is one of the most reputed & leading manufactures of commercial vehicles in India. The vehicles include trucks, defense emergency vehicles & buses. They also deals in making engines of generators & marine applications.

Every year there is recruitment of Engineers for running the company efficiently.

Ashok Leyland Selection Procedure : The selection is through written test & interview. The written test consists of  3 sections where each section consists of 30-50 questions. All the questions are of multiple choice types. The three sections are -
Section I is on Mathematics. The total time allotted is 30 minutes.
section II is on General Engineering & Basic Mechanical section. Candidates are given 40 minutes for this.
Section III is of 0 minutes based on Reasoning section.
Interview – Those who clears the written test are called for interview. This is for approximately 30 minutes.
