Dell services was formerly known as Perot Systems. It is an Information Technology services provider company. It was formed in the 2009. The headquarter of this is in Plano, Texas, USA. The major products in which this company deals are application development, IT services and systems integration.

Perot Systems Selection Pattern : The selection of candidates in this company is done on the basis of aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview.
In the aptitude test, there are two sections. The first one is on General aptitude. This is again divided into 4 parts. 10 Questions are of 1 mark each, next 10 questions are on data sufficiency and are of 2 marks each. Next 15 questions are on time & work which are of 3 marks each. The remaining last 10 questions are on C, C++, which are of 5 marks each. The second section is English. Then comes the technical and HR interview. The final selection is made on basis of all this.
