Oriental Bank of Commerce OBC has its head office in  Connaught Place, New Delhi. It is a undertaking of Government of India. It has got many branches all over the country & offers good financial plans. All the services provided to its customers usually suits their requirements.

Recently , there  has been advertisement regarding the recruitment of Officers on Contract Basis. There are 200 posts of this.

Oriental Bank of Commerce Eligibility Criteria :

  1. Nationality : He / she should be an Indian citizen or a subject of Nepal / Bhutan or a refugee from Tibet who came to India before 1962 or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
  2. Educational Qualification : The candidate should be Graduate in any discipline with MBA.
  3. Extra Requirements : Knowledge of marketing the insurance, mutual fund & other products of bank is important. Also, he / she should have good communication skills & computer knowledge. Those who have the experience  in the marketing or insurance business will be preferred.
  4. Age : The candidate should be at least 21 years of age & should not be more than 30 years of age.

OBC Test Date : It is scheduled on 12th September 2010.

Oriental Bank Of Commerce Officers Salary : It is Rs.17,000/- per month.

Oriental Bank Of Commerce Application Procedure : One has apply ONLINE through the official website www.obcindia.co.in. The application fee amount is Rs.400 & Rs. 50 for SC / ST / PC candidates.

Oriental Bank of Commerce Exam Pattern  : The selection will be on the basis of Interview of the selected candidates through the screening test if needed.
