NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam 2011
NIMHANS is National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences which was formed in the year 1974. This is run by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Karnataka & Government of India. In the year 1994, it got recognition as deemed university. There is PG programs under this institute. NIMHANS conducts entrance exam for admission under this.
The PG courses available in NIMHANS is MD and MS.
NIMHANS PG Important Dates :
Written Exam Date : start of February
Application form submission date : From starting of October – Start of November
NIMHANS Eligibility Criteria : Those who want to do PG from NIMHANS, must have the MBBS degree from university recognized by Indian Medical Council. Those who are doing their internship can also apply for the same.
NIMHANS Application Procedure : This is available at the official website www.nimhans.kar.nic.in. You can apply online here. OR, can also get the application form from NIMHANS itself by cash payment OR, can get through post by sending the demand draft along with the request letter.
