NFL is National Fertilizers Limited. It was established in the year 1974. This company is authorized for the production of nitrogenous fertilizers in India. It is a premier profit-making PSU in fertilizer sector with Mini-Ratna. Recently, this company has 5 plants in Nangal, Bhatinda, Panipat & Vijaipur.

Every year there is recruitment of management trainee in NFL. For this, one has to satisfy some eligibility criteria. These are given below.

NFL Eligibility Criteria :

• Age – The candidate must be maximum 27 years of age. The relaxation of age is according to the government rules.
• Educational Qualification : Should have the graduate degree with at least 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Those who are in final year of the qualifying exam can also apply.

NFL selection procedure : It is through a written test & interview. Written test is of 2 hours duration. The questions are on technical & aptitude types.
