NALCO stands for National Aluminum Company Limited. This company was developed in the year 1981 under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India. NALCO is a public sector unit with branches in India at Angul and Damanjodi. This company is ranked as largest company of integrated aluminum complex in Asia.

NALCO Selection Procedure : The candidates are recruited in NALCO on the basis of written test or aptitude test, group discussion or GD and HR interview. In order to get selected, a candidate has to pass all these stages.
The written test or Aptitude test contains 120 questions which are divided into 2 sections. For this 2 1/2 hours are allotted. First section contains 60 questions on non-technical subjects and second section also contains 60 questions on Technical subjects. All the questions are multiple type. In the first section, questions are based on logical reasoning, verbal English, Aptitude etc. The Technical questions of section II are based on Electrical and Tele-Communication and Network Theorem.
