Mphasis is a IT company founded in the year 2000 in Bangalore, India. It is a unit of Hewlett-Packard Co. Mphasis has 29 offices in 14 countries with delivery centers in India, China, Europe, Sri Lanka and North America. It is responsible for providing Information Technology services to its customers all over the world.

Mphasis Placement Pattern : The selection of eligible candidate is done through three rounds of tests. The first one is written test which is a Aptitude test. Second one is Technical Interview or Group Discussion. It depends on the interest of the company. The third round is HR interview.
The written test or the Aptitude test is divided into four sections. These are Reading Comprehension, Analytical Ability, Numerical ability and Technical ability. In Reading Comprehension, there are 10 questions based on 2 passages. Under Analytical ability section, there are 15 questions on logical reasoning, data sufficiency, blood relations etc. In Numerical ability section, there are 15 questions based on speed, work, time, shares, ratio & proportions etc. The last section is on Technical ability in which there are 20 questions asked on topics like C, C++, Data structures, operating system etc.
