    Dear sir

There are three categories of JE’s are working in MES i.e. JE civil, JE Electrical/Mechanical and JE Quantity Surveyor & Contracts. But the third category of JE did not mention in your recruitment procedure. For this post a special degree programme is running by the Institution of surveyors (India) and recognised by MHRD and AICTE and also its advertisment published in MES department to pass as ‘Profesional Exam- in Building and Quantity Surveying’ which is equal to a degree in Engineering. Kindly tell me if any procedure to promote as JE(QS&C) for departmental individual who’s age crossed 40 in Gen category.
