Kurukshetra University was set up in the year 1956. Its foundation stone was laid by the first President of India, Dr, Rajendra Prasad. It was established as the unitary residential university. Kurukshetra is the land of battle of Mahabharata. The main aim of this university is to establish a class of scholars & professionals with good knowledge.

Kurukshetra University have various programs. In MBA program, the admission is through CAT. This university is through CAT score. The various MBA programs available here are -

  • MBA in Service Management – 30 seats
  • MBA- 120 seats
  • MBA (Hons) – 30 seats
  • MBA (PG Regional Centre, Jind) – 50 seats

Kurukshetra University MBA Admission Important Dates :
Submission of application form – From Starting April to Mid of May.

Kurukshetra University MBA Eligibility Criteria : Those interested in this, must have the Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% (45% for SC / ST candidates) aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA. Those who are in final year can also apply. There is relaxation of 5% marks for physically handicapped and visually handicapped candidates.

Kurukshetra University MBA Selection Procedure : The candidates are selected on the basis of CAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT / IIFT score. Those are shortlisted on the basis of such scores are called for a final selection in Kurukshetra University. The final selection includes personal interview, general discussion, case analysis and essay writing.
