JEMAT Exam Pattern
Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test (JEMAT) is conducted by West Bengal University of Technology(WBUT) for admission in MBA or MMA in various institutions & colleges of West Bengal. There are about 35 colleges under this. So students have a good option to try in JEMAT who wish to do management courses. MBA & MMA leads to good settlement of life in terms of profession. One can get good placement opportunities after doing these management courses.
JEMAT Exam Pattern : The selection in JEMAT will be on the basis of written test, group discussion & personal interview.
Written exam Pattern : All the questions in the written exam will be objective type. There will be 3 sections in the paper & 2 hrs. will be allotted to attempt all the sections. The sections are as follows -
a. Section I consists of questions on English language. Questions will carry 40 marks under this section.
b. Section II There will be questions for 40 marks on Mathematics.
c. Section III Questions will be on Logical Reasoning for 20 marks.
So in total written test will be of 100 marks.
Those who clears the written test will be called for group discussion & Interview. Both Group Discussion & Interview will be of 25 marks each.
JEMAT Evaluation : The weight age of different components of JEMAT are -
Written Test – 80%
Group Discussion – 10%
Personal Interview – 10%
