ISTQB stands for international software testing qualification board. This organization is responsible for software testing qualification certification.  People who clears this exams are known as ISTQB certified tester. This certification help in landing good job in software testing field. This certification has recognition at international level.

There are 2 types of ISTQB certification, foundation level and advanced level. Certification exam does have only objective types question. There are 40 questions which need to be solved in 75 minutes. Passing marks are 65%. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. This exam is quite easy and you will easily clear it if you know the basics of software testing.
