IIT JEE is Indian Institute of Technology Joint Engineering Entrance Exam. This is a entrance exam conducted for admission in various engineering and architecture programs in IITs. It is one of the most prestigious exam taken by the students who had taken non-medical subjects in their 10+2.

Every year this exam is conducted in the month of April. But the one can get the application form in the months of November or December of the previous year. And they have to fill the form by the month of January itself. It is important that the candidate  fills the form correctly. Any mistake in the application form or filling wrong data, can lead to rejection of application. So you must take great care in filling the form.
Once, the form is filled and you have send it on the mentioned address, it is essential that you check the status of the form. It can be the case where you have send the form, but, it has not reached. In such case, if you have checked the status on time, then you can still have the time to fill another form and then resend it. This will save you from missing such prestigious exam.

Where to Check the Application status for IIT JEE : There are two methods by which you can check the status. These are -

1. First login the official site http://www.jee.iitb.ac.in/app.htm. Enter your application no. in the  space provided and then press enter. All the relevant information regarding your application form will be displayed.
2. Second method is by tracking the service through which you have send the registered/ speed post. This also let you to find the status of your application form.
