IHM is known as Institute of Hotel Management Catering and Nutrition, Pusa. It was established in the year 1962 by the Government of India under Ministry of Food. This institute is situated in the Pusa Institutional Area, New Delhi. It is one of the prestigious educational and research institute which is HACCP approved.

IHM, Pusa is one of the three top most Hotel Management Institutes in India. The infrastructure of the institute is really very good. There are many kitchens, bakeries in the institute. Also there is a training restaurant, housekeeping and front office laboratories and classes for teaching theory and practical subjects at various levels. For B.Sc. Hospitality & Administration, the candidate should not be more than 22 years of age. In educational qualifications, he / she should have passed the 10+2 examination with English as one of the compulsory subject.

For Admission in B.Sc. Hospitality & Administration, there is an entrance exam which is of 3 hours duration. In the test, there are 200 objective questions of 1 mark each. The questions are on Numerical ability, reasoning & logical deduction, General knowledge & current affairs, English language and Aptitude for service sector.
