IBSAT Eligibility Criteria

IBSAT stands for ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test. This is the entrance test conducted by the Federation of Universities. This is for admission in various post graduate management courses in ICFAI Business School. ICFAI has 19 campuses in major cities of the country. It is one of the most prestigious management institute of India.

IBSAT Eligibility Criteria :

  • The candidate must have Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks. The medium of instruction should be English only. In case any one does not do the graduation from English medium has to submit the of either TOEFL or IELTS or NELTS.
  • Those who are appearing in final year of qualifying exam are also eligible provided they complete every requirements of the graduation like viva / practical exam / assignments. These candidates have to submit the certificate at the time of admission. In case of any extension, they have to apply separately. However, until they submit the mark sheet & degree certificate, their admission will be considered provisional.
  • The candidate must have completed 15 years of regular education in the pattern of 10+2+3 or 10+2+4.

Exceptions : Those who have given either of the following test & their score is acceptable for admission, need not to give IBSAT & will get direct admission –



  • ATMA
  • XAT
  • MAT
  • IBSAT in previous year
  • GMATR
  • CAT
