EIL stands for Engineers India Limited. It was established in 1965 in New Delhi. It has its branch office in Mumbai& zonal office at Kolkata with overseas offices at London, Abu Dhabi, Nigeria, South Africa, Qatar, Kuwait & Malaysia. It is responsible for constructing highways, bridges, airports, ports, mass transport systems etc.

EIL has Management Trainee (MT) Vacancies. There are about 47 posts for MT every year.

EIL MT Eligibility Criteria : In order to apply for this, one has to fulfill the following criteria -

1. Age : The candidate must be less than 25 years old.
2. Educational qualification : The candidate must have Engineering degree like B.E or B.Tech or B.Sc. (Engineering). They should have minimum 65% aggregate marks in all semesters or years. The applicant can be passed out of previous year or mid of year of applying.

EIL salary for MT : The candidates usually gets package of about Rs.3.75 Lacs P.A.  This includes stipend of Rs. 25,000/- p.m. with other benefits.
