M.Tech Programs : These are as follows -

7. High Energy Materials
8. Mechanical (Weapons)

Eligibility Criteria :

1. For Ph.D. – The candidate must have M.E. / M.Tech / Equivalent degree with at least 55% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA for Ph.D. in  Engineering and M.Sc. with at least 55% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA for Ph.D. in Science.
2. For M.Tech – The candidate must have either 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam or 5.5 CGPA & Valid GATE / UGC – CSIR NET exam score.

Selection procedure : In Ph.D. the selection procedure will be on the basis of written exam whereas in M.Tech, selection will be on the basis of interview.
