Dell Placement Question Papers : There is a fixed Dell Placement pattern.
First, there is written test. Those who qualifies this, are called for the personal interview.
Personal Introduction is a easy round where you have to introduce yourself and have to speak on the topic chosen by you for 1 min.
This is followed by HR round. In this, HR asks you about yourself and about the Dell company. Also they want to know about your interest of joining Dell.
Then, there is Voice Asscent round where you have to talk to a trainee of Dell on phone. The trainee will ask you to tell about yourself any hen you have to speak on a topic selected by you. Then he will give you a topic on which you have to speak for sometime. At the last he will give you some sentence completion questions which you have to answer correctly.
