Convergys Placement Pattern : The selection is made on the basis of written test, HR interview and Technical Interview.
The written test is divided into four sections. These are Aptitude & Reasoning, Programming skills, Technical Ability and English. There are about 20 questions in first three sections which are of 20 marks whereas last section i.e English consists of 15 questions which carry 15 marks in total. There is no negative marking in written test.

Those who qualifies the written test are called for Technical and HR interview. The final selection is made on the basis of all this.
