B.Sc. is Bachelor of Science. It is a undergraduate degree which is opted after the 12th standard. B.Sc. is generally of 3 years of course which can be done in various subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Mathematics etc. Almost all the colleges & universities in India provide this course.
After, B.Sc., one has to go for the higher studies. There is a great confusion about what to do & from where to do in order to make the future bright. For this, one has to search the field after proper research. Also, you should keep in mind that a minute mistake can ruin your life leading to wastage of life.
Careers after B.Sc. : There are lot many options under this.
- M.Sc. – Master of Science. This is a postgraduate course of 2 years. After this, you will have the masters degree which is a degree of real value. You can opt M.Sc. in same subject as that of B.Sc. or some other also depending upon your interest. After doing this, you can get good job opportunities. Try to get first division in this. It will help you in future as almost all government jobs requires minimum 60% marks in post graduation.
- MBA – Master of Business Administration. This is another option & comes out to be best among all. This is again of 2 years duration. This is a type of managerial course. MBA is of greater importance if you do it after clearing CAT. It is of great value. After doing MBA through this, your chances of getting very good job is almost fix. So al least give it a try. The only problem in this is that, the fee structure of MBA is very high as compared to M.Sc. If you think that this is not a problem then, I would suggest you to do MBA for sure.
