CalSoft Selection Procedure : The selection of candidates is based on the same pattern as it is in other companies. Firstly, there is written test followed by group discussion, Technical interview and HR interview. In written test, there are Analytical section, Data Structure, Programming and DBMS. A large number of questions i.e 50 questions are in Analytical section. Other sections like DBMS consists of 15 questions, 20 are on Programming, 5 questions are on Networking and again 5 questions are on Data structure. Those who clear the written test are allowed to give Group discussion and Interview rounds. Final selection is made based on all this.
