Bank of India BOI is one of the reputed & prestigious public sector banks in India. It has got its head office at Mumbai. It was founded in the year 1906 & was nationalized in the year 1969 along with other banks, SBI, PNB & Central Bank of India.

Recently, Bank of India has announced the vacancy of 2000 posts of General Banking Officers Scale I.

Bank of India General Banking Officers Grade I Pay scale : 14500-600/7–18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700

Bank of India General Banking Officers Eligibility Criteria :

1. Nationality : Should be an Indian citizen, or  a subject of Bhutan / Nepal, Tibetan refugee.
2. Age : The candidate must be between 21 – 30 years of age.
3. Educational Qualification : Should be a graduate in any stream with at least 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Also, the candidates must have the working knowledge of computers.

Bank of India Officers Exam Pattern : There is a written test followed by interview.
Written test is of 2 types – Objective & Descriptive. Objective test is of 300 marks which is to be completed in 2 hours. The test is divided into 3 sections. These are Reasoning Ability (100 questions of 150 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions of 75 marks) & General awareness (50 questions of 75 marks).There will be negative marking for every wrong answer. For each wrong answer 0.25 mark would be deducted. The descriptive test is of 1 hour. In this, you have to solve 5 questions of 100 marks.
Those who qualifies the written test would be called for the interview which is of 100 marks.

Bank of India Officers Application Procedure : The candidates can apply ONLINE. You can apply on the official website. The application fee is Rs.400 & for SC / ST/ Ex servicemen, there is no fee.
