IGNOU is Indira Gandhi National Open University is a national university with the headquarters in New Delhi. There are lot many courses which are available in IGNOU. Also there is a privilege for all those who can not do regular courses. Distance learning programs for almost all subjects are available here. BCA is Bachelor of Computer Application. It is a undergraduate program.

BCA in IGNOU is a 3 years course consisting of 6 semesters. Admission notification is generally published in the month of May or June every year.

IGNOU BCA Eligibility Criteria : Those who wish to apply for BCA program in IGNOU, need to qualify one of the following eligibility criteria. These are -

1. The candidate must be passed in 12th std with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
2. OR, he / she is 12th vocational stream in Computer Techniques/Applications , they have to register for MTE-03 in the 1st semester of BCA and successfully complete before registering for 3rd Semester of BCA.
3. OR, pass in 12th without Maths as compulsory subject, they need to register for MTE-03 and CIC in 1st Semester of BCA and successfully complete before registering for the 3rd Semester of the BCA Program.

IGNOU BCA Fee Structure : It is approximately Rs. 6000-7000 /- per month.
