Bank of Maharashtra PO Eligibility Criteria :
- Age : The candidate must not be more than 30 years of age & should be at least of 21 years.
- Education : Should have either Bachelors degree with 60% minimum aggregate marks Or, Masters degree with 55% marks Or, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, Or, Chartered / Cost Accountant / ACS with Bachelors Degree. Also, it is essential to have be computer literate i.e either have a certificate from a recognized university or have completed a computer course of minimum duration of 100 hours.
- Nationality : The interested candidates must be an Indian.
Bank of Maharashtra PO Selection Pattern : The eligible candidates who are shortlisted after verification of qualifications, experience etc, would be called for written test, group discussion & interview.
- Written Test : It is of 2 kinds – Objective & Descriptive. Objective test is based on Quantitative aptitude, general awareness, English & Reasoning. The rule of negative marking is also applicable here. Descriptive test is for testing the candidate on Socio-economic development & communication skills. Those who scores the minimum cut off in objective test, theirs descriptive tests would only be evaluated. The final list for group discussion will be made on basis of both tests.
- Group Discussion & Interview : In this, the students are called in the ratio of 1:3 of the no. of vacancy. The final list is prepared by combining the results of written test & Group discussion / interview.
