Axis Bank Recruitment In 400 New Branches

Axis bank is one of the best bank in the country. This bank was known established in the year 1994 and was formerly known as UTI bank. The headquarter of this is at Mumbai. The main operations in which this bank deals are in investment banking, commercial banking, retail banking, private banking, credit cards, mortgages etc.

Axis bank has decided to open 400 new branches including 100 rural branches. So there is good opportunity for the freshers also.

Axis Bank eligibility criteria :

  1. For Team Member (rural) : Those who wish to apply for this post should be a Graduate (Freshers & MBA are eligible) with fluency in local language. Also the candidate should have 0-2 years experience in the field. The age should not be more than 27 years of age.
  2. For Team Member (Urban) : Those who wish to apply for this post should be a Graduate (Freshers & MBA are eligible) with fluency in English & local language with good communication skills. Also the candidate should have 0-2 years experience in the field. The age should not be more than 29 years of age.
  3. For Relationship Manager : The applicant must be a Graduate i.e MBA in marketing are preferred with 1- years experience in banking / financial field is required. Also he / she must have good communication skills.

Axis Bank Selection Procedure : The selection of Freshers & Experienced candidates is slightly different. For freshers, there will be written test. Those who qualifies in this will be called for the interview which will be followed by medical tests leading to joining. For experienced candidates, firstly, there will be telephonic assessment followed by personal interview & medical test which if found eligible, will be called to join the service.
