K.B.O.
this eaxm. is very need ful for law profession.to upliftment of law profession this exam way is very good. those person who wants to advocate in such manner . they know what is law and what law importants in society. BCI can do so for improvement of law profession. This is now right way.
AIBE wasting valuable time of law graduates. law course also is much longer. I think AIBE is way to discourage and harrash youth.
AIBE has been announced but still no materials for study have received by advocates who have already applied for the bar examination 2010, it wiill be very difficult to study the whole twenty subjects within one month so bar council of india must take this point into consideration & should take some necessary measures.
This will help in eradicating the ‘bad’ set of the chunk..The marks will also help in applying fora job in the future . helps in brushing up basics… THUMBS UP…
NO NEED OF THIS EXAMINATION FROM BCI.PRE-EXAMINTION FOR ENTERING LL.B IS THE BEST SOLUTION. STUDENTS HAVE TO SUFFER..
